The Delphi consortium offers his sponsors a Masterclass just prior to the Delphi consortium meetings. Each year another topic is chosen.
During this Masterclass, the sponsors get an overview of the selected topic (e.g. removal of multiple scattering, CFP imaging,nonlinear inversion) and a number of hands-on exercises are carried out. For this activity sponsors use their own laptop (any laptop can be temporarily transformed into a Linux system on which the DELPHI pre-compiled software can be loaded).
The class concludes by discussing a number of topic-related unsolved problems; the sense of urgency is assessed, optionally resulting in an update of the Delphi research agenda.
